I brought my wife's car here twice in the past year and a half to deal with a check engine light that I had been unable to resolve myself, but the problem has never been fixed. The people at tune tech have been polite and professional each time. Unfortunately they have not been able to resolve the issue after 2 visits. They didn't seem sure what to try next, and I don't know that they diagnosed the issue right the first time. I don't feel confident that they can fix the issue and I won't be bringing my cars here in the future.

Don't shop here, most of the thing you want to fix could be do it by yourself, he'll just charge you an extremely large amount of money for labor after doing small amount of work. I took my car here and he charged me $300, $100 for a lightbulb that you could literally finds anywhere for under $50, and $200 for labors (taking out a light bulb takes that much money guys, imagine that). DON'T FOOLESSLY GIVE THIS GUY YOUR MONEY, HE WILL SCAM YOU. He charged me a total of $600 and still can't find out what wrong with it. I mean what kind of INCOMPETENT FOOL that can't even do the job that he charged expensively for? TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO BRAKEPLUS, they'll do a better job than this wack.

Came in for a failed transmission test and was extremely disappointed for the charges and service that was offer. He charged me nearly $80 to do an inspection sure that seems pretty standard. After the inspection done he tells me that there's something wrong with my sensors and after told me that he'll replace those for $400 and tell him to check if there anything wrong with my back light, he said sure he'll take a look, a week later I came back he only replace the Mass Air Flow Sensor and my backlight WITHOUT my permission when I only ask him to take a look cause I saw the error light for it was on, didn't even call me to confirm if I wanted to fix it. He added an extra $125 making it a total of $525 and with the $80 inspection cost making it close to $600. And all he did it just popped the hood and change the sensor out and unscrew the back light and change out the bulb, that it's He charged me $300 for labor for that small amount of work He took from me nearly $600 and didn't even get my car fix, when I ask him how much more money do I have to spend to get my car to pass the test he tells me that he going to need $1000 to fix the other sensors that just popped up and he can't even tell me if that all it takes to pass the test. I mean did he really think that I'm an idiot that just throws money to a mechanic that don't even know what the problem that my vehicle is facing??? I GAVE YOU $80 TO FIND THAT OUT!!!! How can you ask for another $1000 and can't even guarantees that you'll fix it and get it pass the emission test? The worst part is that when I went to the testing center for another emission test the result came back worse than before I fix my car My car now is using more gas than before too, so thanks for nothing. Don't trust any of the reviews here it's probably fake or from clueless people This guy is a useless crook that charges people however he wants and doesn't even listen to his customer. STEER AWAY!!!

The work that was done on my car was professionally done. I was treated with courtesy and respect. I've been taking my car there for the past 3 years.

This guy gave me a 3 weeks appointment just to add some Freon lol. He reminds me of these specialists that gives you a next year appointment!

Ken and his crew at Tune Tech set the standard for repair shops. I had requested a timing belt change and transmission flush for my 2005 4Runner. Ken kept me in the loop throughout the process, was able to save me a few bucks by replacing/repairing only what was necessary, and even kept the old parts for me to see when the job was completed. His team additionally fixed a few minor things on my vehicle and didn't charge me for it. I appreciate Ken's professionalism and great attitude. I typically do all my own maintenance for my vehicles so I'm super picky when it comes to having another person work on them.
