Professional, clean, timely, honest. First time to this mechanic shop - Ken greeted me professionally and we discussed what I wanted, without any pushiness from Ken. The lobby was neat and clean, and the shop area looked the same. My car was worked on quickly and when I asked what else it needs, there was no suggestion of add-on work required, giving me a sense of Ken's honesty. I'll go back soon!

Ken and his team are great to work with! My older Ranger recently failed its emissions test and Tune Tech was able to get it in the shop and diagnosed the problems very quickly. Ken is very responsive and talked me through all the potential issues/concerns, and was able to get me to pass. I'll definitely be taking my business here in the future!
