Ken was very professional and straight to the point on what was going with my daughters car. As a woman I never felt like I was being taken advantage of Ken took the time to explained everything in detail of what was going on and answered all of my questions. Came in for a failed transmission test and was extremely dissapointed for the charges and service that was offer. He charged me nearly $80 to do an inspection sure that seems pretty standard. After the inspection done he tells me that there's something wrong with my sensors and after told me that he'll replace those for $400 and tell him to check if there anything wrong with my back light, he said sure he'll take a look, a week later I came back he only replace the Mass Air Flow Sensor and my backlight WITHOUT my permission when I only ask him to take a look cause I saw the error light for it was on, didn't even call me to confirm if I wanted to fix it. He added an extra $125 making it a total of $525 and with the $80 inspection cost making it close to $600. And all he did it just popped the hood and change the sensor out and unscrew the back light and change out the bulb, that it's He charge me $300 for labol for that small amount of work He took from me nearly $600 and didn't even get my car fix, when I ask him how much more money do I have to spend to get my car to pass the test he tells me that he gonna need $1000 to fix the other sensors that just popped up and he can't even tell me if that all it takes to pass the test. I mean did he really think that I'm an idiot that just throws money to a mechanic that don't even know what the problem that my vehicle is facing??? I GAVE YOU $80 TO FIND THAT OUT!!!! How can you ask for another $1000 and can't even guarantees that you'll fix it and get it pass the emission test? The worst part is that when I went to the testing center for another emission test the result came back worsed then before I fix my car My car now is using more gas than before too, so thanks a for nothing Don't trust any of the reviews here it's probably fake or from clueless people This guy is a useless crook that charges people however he wants and doesn't even listen to his customer. STEER AWAY!!!

i googled oil change, the 4.9 rating i feel are FAKE. I made appointment on the site, i came in at my time. he had no log of me. i show him my screen shot of confirmation. he doesnt have it, wont accept it. i tell him i have catty issue and want oil change. he tells me, he has time open in 4 weeks. FOUR week wait for oil change. when i mention my catty, he seeing body rust and refuses to see it. it likely has rust so u need an exhaust expert. I NVR heard of such a judgement WITHOUT looking face to face. just Guessing about that. i tell him i want appointment for oil change. he Writes it into a notebook... no computer logs... it makes no sense ur not doing everything digital. i went home, made another appointment at another place, job done in less then 24hrs later. 4 WEEK WAIT for oil change.. im about 5 weeks now, i nvr got my call confirming my job. NEVER AGAIN. what a JOKE. get the fake reviews outta here. need truth be known and not to waste peoples time

I was very pleased with Ken & the service tech who repaired the blower noise on our truck. I often hear him on 56 KLZ Drive Time radio on Saturdays. Ken is very honest and fair he will not disappoint anyone with his service.

I almost want to keep this a hidden gem, but the service was so excellent that I want everyone to know about Tune Tech! Ken drove through a snow storm to open the shop in the morning and was still able to greet us with a cheery smile. He was professional, efficient, and honest. You just don't see this in many auto shops anymore. After I dropped the car off and returned home, I had just sat down to get some work done when Ken called to provide an update! He gave an estimate of what the cost would be, and he let me know about another issue they happened to notice, but he was never pushy or unreasonable in any way. I appreciated that thoroughness and transparency. The cost was so affordable for both repairs, that I decided to get everything fixed! The same day, I had my car back in great condition. Even my fiancé was impressed, and that's nearly impossible to do. I will be a returning customer! Thanks so much, Ken!
