This was my first experience having Ken and his team work on my vehicle. I appreciate the communication and professionalism. During Covid 19 we were all wearing masks and social distancing which made me feel comfortable. They completed the work in the time frame Ken said they would. The price was fair and I will be recommending them to my friends.

I'm new in town and did a lot of homework before dropping my car off with Ken. Reading the reviews for his shop, it reminded me of my mechanic back home. I was able to make an appointment for the next day and he's been great at keeping touch and letting me know what's going on. It's important to me to feel like I haven't gotten the run around from a mechanic, being a young female, and I didn't feel that way at all with Ken and appreciate him and his team.
