Where do I start at this place? I normally do NOT use mechanics devices but that place might change my habits. Made an appointment and took my vehicle in and the work was completed within 24 hours ( from time of making appointment to picking up the vehicle ) Ken knows his stuff and his team are very very helpful. During my experience, Ken the owner was completely professional. He listened to all of the information I had about my problem and actually took the time to enter everything I had to say about the problem into the computer for the technician. My used vehicle had just been purchased from a dealer and was fairly certain the repair was one that would be covered under the dealers drivetrain warranty. Ken didn't grumble, dismiss me, give me attitude or change his work ethic in any way when I needed to have the third party involved in our communication loop. Thanks to Ken taking a video of the problem and working with the dealership via email I was able to get it covered under the purchase warranty. The repair cost was also reasonably priced had I needed to pay out of pocket. Additionally, Ken personally kept me informed via phone with when the shipper had sent the wrong part and of the delay. I have been looking for an all around genuine mechanic since I moved to Aurora 2.5 years ago. Even though I have taken advance auto courses and can do most of what I would need maintenance wise, I'm stuck in an apartment complex. I wanted to say this so that when you are reading this you can understand that I have the knowledge base to know when someone is giving a line of BS or up charging something and Ken didn't did that. He's of strong character, has a positive attitude and a good person. Go here If you don't want to get BS'd or screwed over.

Ken and his team thoroughly checked out my car. There was a vibration in my steering wheel and ken verified it was nothing, he checked everything that needed to be checked and better yet gave me a sense of relief. Thank you again for your time Ken!! I’d recommend your shop to anyone needing car work.

Some vehicles have different things that happen over time and are not necessarily an issue. I am glad we were able to inspect it to make sure there were nothing to be concerned about. Thank you Erin for trusting us with your Scion.

I received a Transmission Flush on my vehicle. Even though I had missed my appointment that morning, Ken was super helpful and willing to fit me into the schedule. They were packed to the brim with cars and I still got fit my vehicle into their schedule. Even with a full days worth of vehicles on their lot, I got my car back in just under 3 hours. Additionally, I told Ken about concerns with my acceleration. He took the time after giving me my car to do additional research on what may be wrong with my vehicle and gave me instructions on who I could call to get more help. Forever, grateful and will be returning if I run into anymore issues.
