I had a good experience with Ken the customer service rep, he was professional and courteous. they found the problem which I am glad it was not serious. I never felt that I was being lied to or misled into a more costly repair. Tune tech is a good, honest and clean auto repair shop.

Ken and Steve do good to work. they let you know if there is a change in and the diagnosis I will have the problem and keep you apprised of any price and stay within that price at least in my case.
