It's not too often you walk in and greet the owner (OWNER) of a business every day to see his 'office' at reception, only to take all the time in the world to talk, discuss different options, review his recommendations, and ultimately arrive at a solution that works financially for the client, as well as accomplishing the goal at hand the first time around. Never once in the many times we've interacted, felt any sort of pressure from Tune Tech in a way to increase the ticket size, and maintain a keen focus on resolving the issue you've brought to them. That is one of the many keys to Ken's success, is that people are able to have an undying trust in someone to take care of the vehicle which we rely upon daily to transport some of the most precious cargo ever imagined.
