Do not believe any of these positive reviews that has reply from the owner, they're all fakes. Notice how they only have 1 review on their profile, and they have like genetic American names? It's just the owner's way to boost the store reputation. I fell for it, came in for an inspection that costed me $80, only for him to tell me that he needs $600 to fix minor problems that UNRELATED to the problem, and after all that he had the AUDACITY to tell me to invest $1k to fix other problem that will not help me fix the problem I needed to fix You can delete my comment as many times as you want buddy, I'll continue to post comment to tell the truth to people so they'll know to stay away from your crooked way and saved their money to other place that ACTUALLY FIX people's car. Also, good luck trying to drown out this comment with fakes positive ones, I'll come back and post it again. STEER CLEAR PEOPLE!!!

As always, Ken and his crew are thorough with their diagnosis and recommendations. No surprises. What Ken quotes he honors. Never had an issue with their work.

i googled oil change, the 4.9 rating i feel are FAKE. I made appointment on the site, i came in at my time. he had no log of me. i show him my screen shot of confirmation. he doesnt have it, wont accept it. i tell him i have catty issue and want oil change. he tells me, he has time open in 4 weeks. FOUR week wait for oil change. when i mention my catty, he seeing body rust and refuses to see it. it likely has rust so u need an exhaust expert. I NVR heard of such a judgement WITHOUT looking face to face. just Guessing about that. i tell him i want appointment for oil change. he Writes it into a notebook... no computer logs... it makes no sense ur not doing everything digital. i went home, made another appointment at another place, job done in less then 24hrs later. 4 WEEK WAIT for oil change.. im about 5 weeks now, i nvr got my call confirming my job. NEVER AGAIN. what a JOKE. get the fake reviews outta here. need truth be known and not to waste peoples time EDIT: To reply to the "owner" i booked it online 2 weeks ahead, came in and no record of me. I had Proof. Then the extra 4 weeks later, after in person. "2 weeks might be now" but not then. And after 6 weeks still no callback. As for Catty, the worker JUDGED it without seeing it. It actually just bolted on. Thanks for no service, just wasting my time.

Excellent and straight forward service for my 100k mile tune up. Great communication from Ken, and glad I found his shop as I just moved to Colorado.

Ken was very professional and straight to the point on what was going with my daughters car. As a woman I never felt like I was being taken advantage of Ken took the time to explained everything in detail of what was going on and answered all of my questions.
