Ken and his crew at Tune Tech set the standard for repair shops. I had requested a timing belt change and transmission flush for my 2005 4Runner. Ken kept me in the loop throughout the process, was able to save me a few bucks by replacing/repairing only what was necessary, and even kept the old parts for me to see when the job was completed. His team additionally fixed a few minor things on my vehicle and didn't charge me for it. I appreciate Ken's professionalism and great attitude. I typically do all my own maintenance for my vehicles so I'm super picky when it comes to having another person work on them.
